This Batmobile candy dispenser was still sealed, made by Topps in 1991. The white/black bat logo confirms it as a "Batman Returns" promotion -- the only movie to ever feature Vincent Schiavelli steering a train full of baby jails. The dispenser is sized quite like those diecast Batmobile toys Ertl put out in the same year, though it wouldn't hold up as well if you kept jumping up and down on it.
