Here's a very, very, very old pack of Dentyne gum. I'm not sure if they even make spearmint Dentyne anymore, but if they do, it's not sold in my city. My city gave up on it. Being familiar with the various changes to Dentyne's packaging over the years, I can safely say that this item is at least 15-20 years old. Still sealed, too. I'd open it up, but why bother? It's not like I can chew the gum, and I'd be ruining my right to say that I own the oldest sealed pack of Dentyne on Earth. I'd rather be special than try to chew rock-hard gum. Incidentally, I don't think I've ever looked closely at the word "spearmint" in print before. Now that I have, I can stop calling it "spearamint."
