Here's some strange, rubber "Rice Krispies" toy. I think it's missing a few parts. I could be wrong. I think it's Snap. I could be wrong. Maybe it's complete. Maybe it's Pop. Maybe it's Crackle? Maybe it's not. Whatever that thing is, it's unmarked and a little bit chewed on.
UDPATE: Apparently, this is some kind of "popper." It's not missing anything. You flip the base bulb inside out, and then, IT POPS.
