I had no idea what this was at first, but research proves it to be a Lucky Charms "bike spinner" from the 70s, featuring Lucky himself. Apparently, you'd clip this little guy on the handlebars. The one shown here is incomplete -- it's missing the pinwheel that'd normally attach to Lucky's sword. Still, I've found it to be an interesting ring and an even better conversational piece, so while my Lucky Charms bike spinner is missing a pinwheel, I'm still glad to own it. There were three different available -- the others were green and yellow, and each of the three had foil pinwheels with different images and colors. Yeah.
