Ah, of course! Another classic! For whatever reason, most likely a payoff, "Fake Bullet Holes" are typically lumped together with much better, much more workable pranks and gags. The sets include one or two clear stickers with bullet hole details, and the idea is that they'll freak people the fuck out if you stick it on their windshield. And they will, but not because they'll think it's a bullet hole -- who wouldn't be pissed if someone put a sticker on their windshield? These bullet hole things aren't Colorforms.
In that respect, I guess it's kind of a good prank. Your victim will have to spend a good thirty minutes carefully scraping, easing and cursing off the hundred bits of filthy sticker residue staining his otherwise mint 1977 supercar.
