Return of the Jedi "Imperial Forces" Wallet (Adam Joseph, 1983)
You're going to see a lot of junk from Adam Joseph during your adventures in reading this article. The company busted out dozens of Return of the Jedi "household" items in 1983, ranging from wallets to combs and beyond -- and sometimes even multiple offerings for the same type of item, evidenced by the fact that this is just one of three Adam Joseph wallets we'll be seeing today. Apparently, Adam was a totalitarian, if totalitarian means what it sounds like it means and isn't a term relating to a form of government.
The "Imperial Forces" wallet is insanely chic. Kids always enjoy their first experiences with (or reason to carry) wallets, but when the wallet has their favorite characters on it, look out dollar bills. Made with black vinyl, it features Vader and a generous helping of the Emperor's Royal Guards striking their money pose on the front, while the back confirms that the wallet was made in Hong Kong. There's fun on each end. Inside the wallet rests a button-sealed coin pocket and several pages of photo sleeves, so you can cut out pictures of Bib Fortuna and envy his beautiful eyes whenever you want.
