Welcome to X-Entertainment's Commercial Downloads Center! It's the CDC! CDC! Here, and only here, you can download, watch, and save all your favorite commercials from the 80s, ranging in topic from action figures to breakfast cereal to public service announcements starring Pat Sajak. The Clapper? It's here. Masters of the Universe? We got it. The Amazing Diolight? I've got no idea what it is, but yeah, that's here too.
Simply click on any picture to get to the correlating download page. Totally free, totally fabulous, totally Windows Media Player format. Each file is in .wmv format, and the commercials are approximately 1 MB in size a piece. Quality differs from file to file, but they're all perfectly watchable with the sound intact.
Please keep in mind that running a feature like this costs hundreds of dollars each month -- the bandwidth eaten up in this section is insane to levels Crazy Eddie only dreamed about. To offset the weighty price of hosting all of these files, the pages themselves are pretty heavy in the sponsor ad department. Since you're able to download everything you want for free without even having to register to do it, I'd say it's a pretty fair tradeoff.
